Fished Lower Hart (Upper Hart is closed) yesterday Friday April 28.  While Cody Ranch is one of my favorite properties that I have fished frequently, this was only my second time on this particular lake.  I was on the water by 6:45 am.   Started with a top water frog and had one hit, but didn't get the hook in it.  The rest of the day the fish were scattered.  I didn't catch any shallow 1-2 feet (which is a big part of this lake), most were in 4-5 feet of water.  Senko, and a Rage Tail Craw caught most of the fish.  I did catch a couple on a Texas Rigged Lizard also.  Fished until 5:00.  Caught 31 fish, biggest was 3 lbs, one other was 2 lbs, ALL the rest were under 14" and culled.  Is that typical for this lake?
