My partner and i fished Elizabeth on May 1st.  We had a very good day overall.  Though they are difficult to find, there are some extremely fat fish on Elizabeth.  Numbers are picking up from last year, partly due to what i am told was a transfer of a bunch of harvested fish from Caresend. 

We caught everything on Texas rig plastics and still mostly from working the shoreline focusing on points and feeders.  We did not see or catch a fish on the other side of the freeway so i would not recommend spending time back there.

Best 5 - 31.1 lbs.  Best 7.16 in pic. 33 fish total with some dinks for sure.  big fish were way over target weight as can be seen.
