Looked at forecast and saw cooling temps and cloudy skies. Fish Monday morning from 6:00 (it was in upper 60's or low 70's in late June) to 12.  Thought it would be a great morning for topwater.  Only got one bite on yelllow magic but it was a good fish - at least I think it was. Never saw it as it came unbuttomed at boat but never came out of the water.  This would be the fish of the day unfortunately.  Caught a handful of small fish the rest of the morning.  Couldn't figure out location or desired presentation. Water was muddy after the rains on Saturday so that might be the reason. Love the reeds around most of the lake.  Just wasn't meant to be.  Will be back to try another time.
