We destroyed them at kyle last Saturday.  We got out by 7.  Headed towards the dam.  Picked up a couple dinks.  Tried topwater with no success.  I started throwing a Texas rigged craw and started sticking them.  We found grass and stayed on top of it.  We started throwing chatterbaits and spinnerbaits because we ran out of crews and they were even bigger on the chatter!  Biggest fish was five and a ton of 3's.  30-40 in four hours.  We were gone by 11:30.  When this lake turns on it can be the best fishing I've ever experienced!  Thanks Dan!

Bo. Great report. Did you try to the left of the ramp?  I have had some luck with top waters in that area.

No sir we headed straight for the dam.  The lake use to have enormous vegetation but the flood took it all out.  It is starting to recover but will likely start at the dam first.  The deepest water is near the dam and we were hunting a double digit that morning. The lake should fish great again in October.
