My buddy and I fished Monday afternoon and Tuesday Morning over at Brushy Creek Lake. Monday we caught ten bass mostly smaller ones but one was a 6 lb and another a 5 lb. We fished hard all over the lake, changing baits regularly to see what they were hitting. We used dark worms, rattle traps and the spinner baits. Tried other baits but had a tough time getting them to bite. Tuesday morning we caught eight bass and only one nice size (4 lb). Worked a beetle spin trying to catch any crappie or bream but couldn't get them to bite. Lake is real mossy and shallow.
