Fingerling
Fished with a guest in the afternoon. Weather was really nice for mid-December with sunshine, light wind and highs in the 70's. We tried almost everything fishing everywhere the length of the lake in about 3 hours with no luck. Then we finally switched to a black TR Power Worm. Cast to the edge of the brush, and just drug it along the bottom on the way back. Together we caught 6 in this fashion in about an hour, largest was 4, and two 3's. First time I've ever just dragged a worm along the bottom like that, but for sure it was the only thing that would work for us.

Love it. That away to switch it up and try new things! Catching 6 in a couple of hours in December is not bad. Glad you saved the day.
