I was able to fish Tarpley the afternoon of Jan 7th.  It was a mostly cloudy day with some gusting winds.  Air temps were in the 60's. 

Water conditions:

- temp: upper 40's

- clarity: 1-2 ft

I caught 4 fish (2 culled) with the largest just above 3 lbs.  No real pattern, but good to be on the water since it had been over a month.

Most were caught on a medium running crank bait.  The 3# had a follower at about the same size, but I was not able to entice that one to strike.
