Member Shaun Cobb and I fished Lake Caresend on Friday, March 2.  The weather called for sunny skies an 5-10 mph winds. We fished most of the morning in chilly partly cloudy skies and 15-20 winds. The winds made fishing tough most of the morning but we did net a few 4+ fish that were very chunky. After lunch the winds died down to 5-10 mph and the sun started to warm up.  And so did the fishing  between 1pm and 3:30pm we had some pretty steady fishing.  I caught my personal best at 7.38lbs.  Shaun bagged a 6.6 and we caught another dozen or so between 3 and 5lbs.  We caught nothing under 16 inches.  My 7.38 measured almost 23 3/4 so I am submitted that for the Big Bass Contest
