The weather couldn't have been any more perfect.  Cool mornings and sunny afternoons.  Craig took excellent care of us as usual.  The bite was tough overall but we made the most of it.  We fished all of the lakes over the course of the three day period and ended up catching the most on soft plastics.  My buddy Terry caught an 8.1 on a black and blue brush hog and I had an 8.3 the day before on a watermelon red brush hog.  Both of the big fish came on Beaver but we caught a variety of 5's, 6's and one 7 on the other lakes.  We had a couple of bald eagles circling above us on Leaky which added to the majesty of the ranch. 

This property is something special if you haven't been.  We will be back!
