Fished 3 R Ranch yesterday ... 10 March.  Got there late because I had an accident on the way.  Fished from 8:30 AM to 11 AM.  Beautiful lake with a pontoon boat.  The trolling moter worked great.  I’m not the best fisherman but caught 5 in the first 30 minutes.  Over all I stopped counting at 20.  If a place looked like a fish should be there, it was.  I fished with a watermelon fluke all day.  I caught one about 3 pounds but the rest were 2 pounds or less.  Only two fish “nailed” it.  The rest just felt “heavy” on the line.  All fought great.  Overall a great day ... except for the accident.
