I have fished this lake several times in the past few weeks. It is a great place to take kids. It is easily bank fished, and there are several ponds to fish in. We caught most of our fish in the main lake, but the biggest fish ( 4lbs ) came out of one of the small ponds. We easily caught 10 bass per hour fished, and missed at least that many. 90% of the fish we caught were small 10-13 inches, but still fun to catch. I threw everything in the tackle box, but only seemed to do well with 5” tiki sticks rigged wacky style. The color didn’t seem to matter.
