I fished with Jim Cravens from Austin till just before noon as we became drenched by a gully washer on the way beak to the launch area.  We got into our trucks to wait the storm out and about 1 hour later the rain stopped, I looked back at the boat and the lake had risen at least 2 feet and the feeder creek was chocolate and moving swiftly.

We did manage 9 bass before the storm came up to 4 pounds even.

It appears the frontal system triggered the bite as we caught most of our bass in the last 1-1/2.

Lake will be muddy for weeks.
