I fished the morning at Weston on Friday. Bluebird clear skies, dead calm most of the morning with occasional light and variable winds resulting in a mirror like surface most of the day. Air temp 84 rising to 94 with a heat index of 101. Water is murky, visibility about 18 inches, with a temperature at the dam end at dawn of 84 degrees. 

The fish were sluggish and, by the end of the morning, so was I! Only two fish were boated, both on a Wacky rigged senko B/BF,  one of good size but unlike several weeks ago the fight was just not in them on Friday. There was no top water bite on any lure during this trip. There is no problem with vegetation at this point in the lake.
