Anyone know where i can get a bow mount boat rudder for back of 12ft sun dolphin? I had one that i used for my old boat but lost it at six O wednesdayin the lake. I believe used to be a member or someone that used to make them. Any help or info appreciated. Not available anywhere i can find but got couple ideas how to make one…..thanks.

I’m not sure how long this example link will work, but transom mount minnkota brackets are available online. All you need from their is a piece of aluminum or even pvc to fashion a rudder for the bracket. The one I’m linking is about $25

I saw that bracket and had considered something like that. I liked one i had that ended up on the bottom of six O lol. One that Steve sent me info on similiar to old one i had

I bought a bull nose rudder that clamped onto an extra trolling motor I had and placed on the stern when I fished out of a Pro 120. Also had a bow mount. It was useful for launching and loading when leaving and arriving to shore. Worked well

Pondking.com sells rudders. It likely would work with your sun dolphin. I dont see it on their web-site, but they use to sell them.
