Due to post frontal northern wind, I only fished a couple of hours. I boated 4 fiesty bass in that time. These fish are well fed and mean. Size ranged from 2.5 - 3.5 lbs. All were caught on watermelon/red senkos. I’ve been here several times now with the wind each time gusting horendously and its really taxing(season appropriate) on your body and mind. The lake has wonderful potential and it’s proximity makes it an easy drive for us Waconeans. I will be back soon enough but on a calmer day.
