A friend and I fished 4/17 and half a day on Monday with the biggest going 4lbs. It was tough fishing with senkos being the only thing we caught them on over both days. My friend caught all of the bigger ones so that was good for him. I have had some great days fishing this site so I always have high expectations so I am glad my friend got a taste for what the club has to offer.

Post-spawn can be tough. I don’t ever remember a year when I was so ready for the spawn to hurry up and end so fish would start feeding.
