Had a windy day 03/08/20 (11:00am to 5:00pm) at BJR.  Fished for 2 hours from our Kayaks in 15 mph winds with overcast skies and water at 61 degrees.  We then moved to fish the dock/shoreline areas catching a total of 17 LMB (culled 12).  Our top LMB for the day was at 4 lbs. fishing from the dock.  Most were caught on a 'red' color soft plastic worm/senko approximately 15'-20' from the bank just past the vegetative cover.
