Fished Pecan Gap from noon to 8 yesterday - cool, in the upper 50's / low 60's with blue skies and light S breeze. Lake is looking great, visibility to about 2', lots of weed growth but still very fishable. Caught 10, no monsters with largest 4 around 3lb, but a really fun day. With the cooler temps they wouldn't chase anything - freelined TX rig senkos or wacky worm on 3/16oz weedless jig head worked, but had to be almost dead slow to get a bite. No frog bite, nothing on rattle trap, swim bait, jerk bait, top water late on….. Nice peaceful day to be outside
