Fished Saturday PM with my son.  On the water around 12:30 and left by 7 pm.  Really interesting lake with lots of structure and abundant forage.  Fair amount of algae/snot grass ringing the lake with the back of the creeks choked up. That said the lake is very fishable.  As other reports have said you have to grind a little here but you will be rewarded with some solid fish.   We tallied 11 bass with our top 2 being a 5.7 and a 4.5.  Several 3 lb class fish and the rest chunky 1-2 pounder.  All fish were relating to the bank and on beds and you had to be in the grass or the small pockets to get bit.  Only a few came on the outside edge.  Nothing out around the 2 humps or around the timber/creek channel. Weightless senkos and flukes most of the day with a few on toads in the evening.  Had a nice visit with the owner.   Look forward to returning.
