Fished PM only and started on East Lake landing zero fish and zero bites on an assortment of lures. After two hours, We moved over to West Lake and managed to boat about five fish under 3 lbs., and one on a Top Toad weighing just under 7 lb. West Lake water clarity was better and looked very viable. The overall conditions just didn't warrant an active bite all around. Talked to the landowners son, who was also fishing, and he stated that he routinely catches 8 lb+ fish out of both lakes. It was still a good day in the boat with my son.
