Fished a few hours in the afternoon at Angel Lake. Caught 9 decent sized fish all 2-5lbs. Got one that was almost 6lbs. All bites were about two feet from the bank through out the entire lake - no hits in the deeper parts. 

Area around the lake is well maintained - some good spots for bank fishing or resting in the shade under the tree by the launch area.
