Fished Clymer for the first time in over a year. The lake is quite different now since the water was down and is now back up. Looks like with the water low, the weeds were able to grow up from the bottom more than normal impacting the amount of fishable water for this season. However, the dry land around the lake was flooded with the recent rains. That is where the bass were. They were in the newly flooded grassbeds. We caught about 25, mostly in the 1-2 lbs range. Only a couple larger than that. We did not see any big ones. Caught everything on spinner baits. The water was a little muddy after all the rain we had. We fished about 3 1/2 hours.  Not bad after a pretty strong cold front.  The owner cut down a significant number of trees on the north side of the lake which eliminated alot of wind cover from a north wind.  He also cut a deep launching area so it is much easier to launch the boat.
