Fished afternoon in very high / white cap wind conditions. There is no protection from winds here. We anchored up at one end of the dam and received a little break with a stand of trees on the dam itself. This was my second trip to this lake and both times the winds were howling…
We put a fair number of bass in the boat, 1 large Crappie, and 1 very large brim. The bass were all small. The moss appears like it will become a problem on this lake as the temperatures heat things up. It stopped my trolling motor completely at one point causing me to clean the prop off to keep the motor operating.
We saw 4 vehicles come into the lake area around 7 pm. I doubt they were club members. Three men launched a boat, the others were enjoying the lake from the shore.

This is big water, but far from my favorite club lake and you have to bring your own boat.
