Jim Hallman and I fished Longbranch Yates on 5/19 afternoon and following morning.Very little action 1st afternoon. 1 fish in 2 lb range. Started again about 6:30 that evening and fishing was quite good then. Caught 8 - 10 bass > 2lbs, with largest being 5.34. Caught about 5 small fish. Fished next morning. Caught 4 nice bass (2 - 3 lbs) and 4 small fish. Went back out about 10:15 until 11:30 - no fish. Weather was beautiful with very little wind. All fish caught on plastics - weighted Senkos (all colors) and flukes. Mr. Yates was an excellent host as always.
