Total Fish/Sizes : 10
Lures Used : Rattletrap and Senko

Went out solo to Northeast Lake from 7 until 11. Left high winds and thunderstorms in Tyler and arrived at the lake to light winds, clouds but not a drop of rain. I fished the entire lake perimeter, pulled about 20-30 feet off the bank. The hydrilla is prolific and very thick. After getting 2 dinks and 2 2-2.5 pounders on a Senko, I found the edge of the hydrilla toward the middle of the lake and threw a chrome/blue Rattletrap. I managed 3 over 5 pounds and 3 in the 3-4 pound range. They shut off about 10:30.
The area 50 feet on either side and 20 feet out from the old fence posts held the nicer fish.
This was my first time to fish this beautiful lake. I will go back for sure.
