Beautiful property, beautiful day, no excuses to be had but came up empty with only a few little bites. i threw the tackle box at it starting with a variety of plastic worms & frogs with a mix of colors and then moved to crankbaits and jerk baits...Even went to my ole standby "Ned Rig" and couldn't trigger any bites. Went deep, shallow, colors, boat, bank but those fish just weren't cooperating today..i ran the gambit for about 6 hours and the heat finally won the day. Never surrender, i will be back to try again....
