Arrived at 6:00pm and started very slow with only a few small bass caught on the southwest corner of the lake. Almost no breeze so a very slow drift in the boat. Zero bites on the north side of the lake. At 7:30 headed to the southeast corner and drifted back and forth past the spillway during which time we caught about 20 bass, all in the .5 to 3 pound range with one 4 pounder caught casting along the southeast bank weed line. All but a few caught on dark green sinkos and plastic worms with one of the 3 pounders caught on a cheetoh colored TX rig worm. Finished the evening catching small bass using a crank bate along the reeds in Bream pod. Just a gorgeous night fishing.
