Boat in the water at 6:00pm on a beautiful evening; fairly cool, very light breeze, great water clarity. Caught a few nice fish in deeper water in the center of the lake closest to the entrance gate, but most were caught near the bank fishing along the weedline. Had a few jump on the swimjig the second it hit the water so switched to a frog and other top water with no luck. Dark purple and midnight swimjigs fished slow and the near the bottom landed 5 really nice bass, all over 3 pounds.
