2 of us spent the morning at Spence.  The positive was the crystal clear water. Highway seemed to be right on the lake so it's a little harder to remove yourself for that solitude many are after but still nice to get out. Took a while for us to find the 1st bass and then started getting the hang of it. All fish were tiny except for 1 bass by the north damn that was maybe 2#. On the way out we hit the front tank and from the elevated surface there was a great view of a tank that came in from the deep and just stared at my senko. I let it fall into the vegetation and watched the nose of the bass dip and tail up, then gulp. Probably 5# at best guess. Jumped, ran, jumped then spit. Really upset we missed that one. We caught one more 2#er from the same area by the road then headed for Sushi. 
 

Nothing against Spence as it is some pretty water, but will continue exploring others.
