Fished this property June 11th (AM) with fellow PWF member Tony Oviedo.  The water level is down about 6-8 feet and I do not recommend members trying to launch their own boats at this time.  Water conditions:

Clarity - very clear
Water temp - 78 degrees F
Winds - variable, but much stronger towards noon

There are a lot of grass/weeds on the far right side of this property.  Tony had some success with a hula popper, but that was the only top water that caught anything.  Other opt waters used: buzz bait, torpedo, unweighted soft plastic.  Later in the morning it appeared we were going to have some luck with deep-diving crank baits, but after we each caught several, that bite also died.

I caught about 6 and Tony about 9, but nothing of any size.
