We arrived at Lakota Lake in time to start at first light. No top water bite at all. Went to the new Z Craw Worm immediately of which I can only find on the internet. I have been every where and these baits are not available at the usual retail outlets. Not sure why. This bait is my new favorite and it produced when nothing else would. If anyone has a resource on these baits let me know. I am buying them on Ebay for $12.95 per 20 count. That is about the best I can find. This bait is the California 420 color. Rigged Texas & garlic dip them as well. 

It was extremely hot but we went until 5 PM working very hard for the 42 bass we caught and released. Good size and great fight. Very happy with my new Hobie Pro Angler 360 which is rigged out to the T. This is Cadillac comfort for sure.
