I have been scoping Waterboo out for a while and decided to make the journey.  View the entire Youtube video and read every word of the confirmation email before venturing out.  The road is rough and the stream bed crossing is straight out of 4x4 magazine.  Once you arrive though, you may not want to leave.  Easy trailer  PA 12 launch from the shoreline.  I got there at 9:30 am and top water bite was gone.  The lake is full of cover so I had to work plastics in the cuts and edges.  Caught two bass with a TR 10" worm along the bank and creek channel.  Caught the third jigging timber for crappie.  Next time I will camp and use the use the grill, fire ring and hammock frame. Be advised, the lodge is located in the barn area which is at least 20 mins from the lake.
