Property Name : SW Lake
Reservation Date : 11/02/2020 PM -
Total Fish/Sizes : 0 bass
Lures Used : Everything I had (and I even "invented" some).

I was skunked on SW Lake/Weston Monday afternoon.

Although a bluebird clear sky, the occasional gentle SSE and warming temperatures promised a good afternoon. The air temp was 68-71 and the water temp 64 on the surface. The water was a foot low and turbid with a visibility of 9-12 inches. For most of the afternoon the surface was glassy with the occasional breeze making slight ripples.

There was, needless to say, no action on any topwater, bottom bait, reaction bait or creature bait or any soft plastic.  There were no fish breaking the surface, no strikes and no need to wet the net.

There were large formations of duck and geese high over head, a warm sun, a beautiful afternoon and no election commercials. In short, a fabulous afternoon on the water.

David - I love your encouraging reports. You choose to fish some challenging properties looking for a bigger bite and you always have a bright outlook in the end.
