Reservation Date : 11/14/2020 All Day -
Total Fish/Sizes : 21 Total Caught 6.2LB 4.6LB 2X2LB, Multiple Dinks

Fished With PWF Member Steve Scanlon..
hit lake at sunrise, winds already blowing strong, Winds increased all day
At Times 25 To 30 MPH Gust.
Water Murky, Temp 6o' To 63'
Quickly resorted to drop anchor fishing and even then took a strong beating all day.
Started slow, not boating 1st fish (Dink) until about 08:45.
Started anchoring outside all the brush piles PWF set in the lake a couple weeks ago
thoroughly covering them inside and out, started picking up small fish.
Then got the 4Lb Fish off the edge of brush pile at a nice drop off about 10:45
then went on the traveling brush pile tour,  fighting the wind but kept picking up fish with a decent one hear and there..
17:15 was about to call it a day, and slowly working way back to launch area when I hit the 6.2 LB fish   3 ft away from inside edge of brush pile with nice drop off next to it..
Thank You Scott And PWF for the info on the brush piles ya'll put in place there
for the short amount off time they've been there they are already producing, and will no doubt produce more and larger fish in time
Great Job,  all brush piles are well marked and placed in solid locations...

Brush piles are great habitat. In addition to concentrating the bass, brush piles are used to create places for bluegill to hide from bass predation.

Glad you made the call to go out there Scott and very glad the brush piles are already holding some good fish!
