Arrived at noon to strong winds, fished the small lake first and caught 2 decent fish by the dock. Then went to the big lake with the wind still blowing strongly. Decided to bank fish and right way caught several small fish. Wind finally died down around 2:30 (or so I thought). Got the boat ready and launched into the lake and of course the wind picked up again. After being blown down the lake towards the islands decided it was not worth fighting the wind and trying to fish at the same time. Bank fished from the launch site and caught a nice number of fish, 4 of them being in the 2 to 3 pound range. The rest where small yearling fish. All fish were caught on 5 inch pumpkin green Senkos.
