Reservation Number : 26720
Property Name : Brushy Creek Lake
Reservation Date : 12/15/2020 PM -
Total Fish/Sizes : 1-6.75lb 1-6.25lb 7 2-5lb
Lures Used : Crank bait

I went straight to the area that Bill Fetch described in his last report. Caught the 6.75 and a 6.25 within thirty minutes. I continued to fish this area in about ten feet of water for the next three hours using an eleven foot crank bait in a bluegill pattern. Ended up with seven more in the 2.5 to 5 pound range. I have been to this lake a half dozen times and never fished the area by the dam. Thanks Bill for your detailed report!

Great report. Good to see my results were not a fluke.

Phillip. What brand of kayak do you own?

Hobie PA14. Very stable and comfortable. I can fish all day and my back doesn't start aching like it used to. It is heavier than any other kayak I've owned, however I find it easier to load in my truck and launch than an 80lb kayak.

I have an Old Town Predator XL with the Minn-Kota trolling motor option and feet controlled rudder. My hands are free to fish. Also very stable and I can even stand-up.
