Zach, Scott and I fished this new property on March 27th in the afternoon. The place is a typically beautiful East Texas ranch with two great lakes. We caught about 40 fish in five hours on spinnerbaits, senkos and lizards, the largest around five pounds. The fish here are very healthy so bring big line. Mr Burke, the owner,  is a very friendly gentleman who was born on the property 78 years ago, as was his dad. Great meeting him.
