Second time fishing this new lake.  I launched a PA 12 from a trailer no problem. I caught only one 4 pounder last trip on a crankbait near a laydown about half way down on the right.  Today, most action was straight out from the pier.  Silver buddy and a skirted jig along the bottom pulled these two chunks.  I pitched the tackle box at the submerged timber but could not find them.   

Although the lake was glass from 0700-0930, the wind does pick up late morning.  I was dragging my anchor by 1045 hrs.  Be advised that the road leading to lake is an active ranch with curious Bovines!  I will come back.  Huge fish in this lake!
