Sorry this report is a month old but better late then never!!!!

Stayed the weekend at Post Oak Lake on 07/04/2011 weekend and had a blast. It was hot but my nephew caught over 20 bass, 2 crappie and a huge pearch on spinnerbaits and I caught one fish that weighed 3.5 to 4 lbs on a white spinnerbait.  I taught my 4 year old son how to fish for pearch on a cane pole and he caught a ton of perch on grasshoppers and worms. He s going to make a great fisherman when he gets older. :)

Water level???? Lake is half full but still fishable. When it is back up to normal level in the fall and winter we are going back to stay another weekend.

Cabin/House???? This is a great place to stay but no more than 4 people or it will be crowded. It is a 5 star place and most of all the wife loved it. Good luck fishing everyone.
