I spent spent the day fishing with Wendell Vines at the beautiful Lakota Lake near Cleaveland TX.  Bite was slow but we had a great time checking out this fantastic new property.  Eagles kept us company most of the afternoon.  We couldn’t really figure out a pattern for the bass.  We did have a surprising number of crappie hitting out bass lures and two of them were well over 2 pounds.
