first let me say what an awesome property. this place is really secluded and peacefull. fished the am did not do well only caught three that were ten to eleven inches. it is a little bit of a journey getting back to the lake, but worth it. there is no grass at all and it has a sandy bottom so launching a boat is no problem. i guess it was just one of those days i am blaming it on the heat. will return when it starts to cool down again
