being my first trip to this property i was not sure what i would find. the water is down quite a few feet, but still plenty of water to cover. i found depths up to 16 feet, and there is zero grass. fishing was slow. all four fish i caught were in the eight to ten inch range. the cabin and the property around it are very well kept. would be a nice place to spend the weekend. all in all a nice morning. will return when the weather cools
