Lost count, but I think it was 19.  Largest was 5.5 lbs, A couple of 3 lbers and the rest were 1.5–2.  All fish were very healthy and most had signs of pre-spawn.  Water was only clear to about a foot.  Bite was extremely light and hard to detect as the fish tended to come out from shoreline moss beds directly towards the boat.  No luck with spinner, crank bait or vibrating jig.  Wacky worm and swim baits were the only winners.  Baby bass on the swim bait and green pumpkin on the wacky worm.

The property is beautiful and the pontoon boat was charged and ready.  No need for 4-wheel drive either.  It just can’t get any easier.  Drive up, grab your rod and cast off.
