Started about 8:30. Air temp was about 40, water surface temp was 52.

Started with a white spinner bait trying to find fish. Caught 1^st 18” fish on a lay down across from the dock in about 8’ of water. That was it for a while. Switched to rattletrap and caught one 18” fish up in the west end of the lake. The last one, the biggest one, came from about 2’ of wat along the north bank.

The fishing was good, the catching was ok, but it was great to be out fishing.
