Bill Morris and I fished from 6AM to NOON today.  Partial cloud cover for a couple of hours.  We caught 5 bass (all less than 14 inches) and lost 9.  We fished topwater baits until 8AM and then went to horny toads, spinner baits, Kelly-Js, worms, crank baits, even an octopus on a bobber.  Wind 5-10 mph.  Excellent conditions.  Water had good visibility.  The lake and boat are in excellent shape.
