It was a beautifu afternoon fishing at Hidden Springs Ranch in Laneville.  The dogwoods were spectacular, the day warm and the winds were light. 

My fishing partner John Bedore and I had a great day of fishing and caught a lot of bass on a variety of techniques.  The bass were hoding in the shallows and scattered pretty much all over the lake.  Lost a few bigger fish (spit the hook, wrapped an unseen log) but John didnt miss a 7 ¾ pound beauty just at sunset.  I am always amazed and thankful that the owners of this amazing property alow us to fish here!  Thank You!
