Beautiful property and nice lake. 12 bass caught in an afternoon…all right at cull limit. No hogs, but no dinks either. Bait used: Watermelon Baby Brush Hog. Was a little windy, but given that the lake sits in a bowl, the wind was manageable. All fish caught along the edge of weed beds in 4-6’ of water. Noting caught in the deep spots. I've heard the weeds can be difficult in mid to late summer, but right now they're still well below the surface while still providing cover for fish. Will definitely be going back.
