My business partner and I splurged on a fishing trip to Signal Ranch.  We started to get worried as the fishing started out slow, but once we figured out they were extremely tight to the bank we started catching fish all over the lake.  This is truely one of the nicest PWF properties.  All fish were caught on Texas Rigged 4 inch Senkos with most in the 2-3lbs range.  We boated over 20 fish and had a great day.  

Side note:  We were glad that they had two pontoon boats available, as one of the battery terminals in one of the boats broke off mid-lake, but we McGyvered it and made it back to the dock.  The other boat was completely charged and we were able to fish the rest of the afternoon.
