Fished this Saturday, 9/24 in the afternoon.  Got a late start but did manage to land three nice bass off of the island.  All were about 21/2 to 3 pounds so we returned them to the lake.  wind was up by the time we got there so made fishing from the boat tough.  Water is down about two feet since the last time I was there in August.
