Fished this property from 7AM until noon on 8 Oct.  I caught about 18 (4 in the 14” range).

Conditions:

- Air temp:  71 to 76
- sky:  overcast to rain
- water temp: 72
- water:  clear to 2 ft

Tank is down 8 to 10 ft, but the ramp is still usable.  The left cove is full of grass.

A green/chart. hula popper and a green frog did get several hits in the left cove (I caught 4 and had several short strikes).  Buzz bait was not effective.  Caught one under 14’ on a weighted chart. fluke in the far right cove.

After top water died about 8AM, I switched to a silver rattletrap and caught several along the far right bank in 4-8 ft.  The larger bass were caught on a medium diving (8-10 ft) crank bait in aqua/chart. colors.  Both the rattletrap and crank baits were fished fast and erratic.

I culled 6 under 14” and 8 under 14” were on a stringer, but the line securing it to the boat broke and I lost the stringer.
